Who we are
Fullbooked is a trading name of Thrive Better Living Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15248600. Registered office: Unit 9, Astra Centre, Edinburgh Way, Harlow CM20 2BN. We decide how personal information about our customers, enquirers and website visitors is used, so we are the controller of it. Contact us at hello@fullbooked.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number.
- What you tell us by email, phone, text or chat, including what you say to our AI Front Desk.
- Billing details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address.
Why we use it
- To answer you and to provide the service you sign up for (contract).
- To contact businesses we think could benefit from our service, at their business address (legitimate interests). You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To keep accounts and meet our legal obligations (legal obligation).
When we act for our customers
When we run a website, booking or front desk for a business, we process their customers' information on that business's behalf. That business is the controller and its own privacy notice applies.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments), Twilio (calls and texts) and Anthropic (the AI that powers the Front Desk). Some of them process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved under UK data protection law. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Customer and billing records: 6 years after our contract ends, for tax. Enquiries: up to 2 years. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a note of that so we never do.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to take a copy. Email hello@fullbooked.co.uk. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
