Who we are
Fullbooked is a trading name of Thrive Better Living Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15248600. Registered office: Unit 9, Astra Centre, Edinburgh Way, Harlow CM20 2BN. These terms apply when a business signs up to a Fullbooked plan.
The service
We design, build, host and maintain your website. On the Pro plan we also provide online booking, deposits and reminders. Optional add-ons, such as the AI Front Desk, are agreed separately in writing.
Price and payment
Plans are priced per month, as shown on our pricing page, and paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe. There is no setup fee. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Term and cancelling
Plans run for an initial 12 months from the day your site goes live, then continue month to month. After the first 12 months you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email.
Deposits
Deposits are paid by your customers directly into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money. Stripe's standard fees and terms apply between you and Stripe.
Your content and data
You own your words, photos, logo, domain and customer data, and you give us permission to use them to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you send us. Our designs and code stay ours; you have the right to use them while your plan is active.
Edits
We make reasonable edits within 48 hours on working days. Larger changes, such as new sections or a redesign, we will quote for first.
Availability
We use reliable providers and aim to keep your website online at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
We may suspend the service if payment is more than 14 days late. When the service ends, we send you your content and customer data on request and help you move your domain.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
